Pimples
or acne
are the main enemy of teenagers. At this age young bodies are still getting
where they need to be physically and emotionally. Hormones are changing children's bodies into young
men and women. So hormones are to blame for most of
acne problems in teens.
Teenagers
should not try to control their hormones in any way until they are fully
developed people. They should also try not to add to their problems with foods
that have artificial hormones in them.
Meat, eggs and dairy from
animals raised on hormone enriched food should be avoided. Most of their diets
should consist of vegetables and fish. A good diet itself will help, but not
completely.
Changes are so quick and
sudden that many young people have trouble adjusting to them. Young people have
problems with accepting their new body, new emotions and new
responsibilities. The most common result of these problems are low self esteem
and anger. Both of these feelings will build enough stress on a young person to
cause many problems, the most common one is acne. A healthy mind in a healthy
body is the best way to overcome teenage problems and become a beautiful
person.
There are few things that every teen needs to remember:
¨
Keep
yourself clean. Shower and wash your hair at least once a day. If exercising
or sweating, shower more often.
¨
Wash
your face as often as you possibly can. If you are out for a long time, use
cleansing wipes.
¨
Wash
your hands.
¨
Keep
your hands away from your face and hair. Don't touch your pimples.
¨

¨
