Ema’s
chicken
Wash
well 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken
thighs and add
seasoning
(
I use Mediterranean bland of herbs with sea salt)
Set
a deep pot on a low heat with 1 spoon of olive oil.
When
worm, add chicken and ½ cup of water.
Cover
and let cook for 15 to 20 minutes mixing every 3 to 4 minutes so chicken
wont stick. After all the water evaporated and chicken turned golden color
take of the heat.
Your
chicken is ready to eat.
